  • Is the direct sale of exhibition goods to visitors permitted?
    Yes, the sale of exhibition goods at the stand is permitted at BIOFACH SOUTH EAST ASIA.
  • Can I dismantle my stand before the official end of the exhibition?
    We ask for your understanding that no partially or full dismantling of a stand and products is possible before the official end of BIOFACH SOUTH EAST ASIA. The stand staff may also not be removed before the end of the exhibition. It is for the benefit of all the exhibitors that the exhibition runs free of disruption for its entire duration.
  • Can I also exhibit products without an organic certificate?
    No, current organic certificates must be submitted to the BIOFACH SOUTH EAST ASIA exhibition team for all certifiable products exhibited.
  • Must the samples provided for tasting at the exhibition be certified organic products?
    All certifiable products offered for tasting on the stand must be certified organic products.
